Overview
ViraWarn was a mobile application built to support early illness detection workflows by combining app-collected user inputs with BLE device data.
The project was delivered for Opteev, a company associated with Novatec.
Problem
Users needed a practical way to capture relevant health signals in one place and translate that data into a clearer view of potential illness risk.
Implementation
The app was developed in Flutter to support cross-platform mobile delivery and a single shared codebase.
Key implementation areas included:
- BLE integration to connect with compatible hardware and ingest device readings
- user-facing flows for collecting symptom and related health information
- processing logic to combine inputs and estimate likely illness patterns
- a mobile UX focused on simple, repeatable daily use
Result
ViraWarn provided a structured workflow for capturing health signals and converting them into actionable insight for users and stakeholders evaluating illness trends.
